Uratakao

The first attack!?
I climbed Mt.Fuji for the first time in this year.
I could not get rid of fatigue from the last race, so I was very slow.
But from the six station I felt headache which was mountain sickness.
It was the hardest time while climbing Mt. Fuji in my life....

Finish! 5hr 41min. 6minutes faster than last year!

Hot season

badminton
I had terrible muscle pain because of the inspection of Kintatanzawa.
I just walked today and in the afternoon we went to the Koganei Park.
We enjoyed playing badminton. I played it after a very long interval and then I forgot myself while playing! While playing with VFF, I got the second finger of my right foot sprained and it looked one and a half times as big as left one....
But I think it was only sprain and was not broken.
My little daughter has been being good at riding a bicycle!(the back one)

Kitatanzawa adventure race inspection
I ran the course of Kitatanzawa adventure race with a staff of my hospital who is the only trailrunner except me.
There are only fourteen days by the race. There were many runner who inspected the course. And many of them were very fast runner. They passed us as unbelievable speed!
I bought this one after running for beer!. We Japanese say it Échalote(shallot) but the true name is ラッキョ!

I went to Hokkaido for three days to attend the congress of emergency medicine.

Kitatanzawa race inspection
Kitatanzawa adventure race course(full) 44km
It would rain hard afternoon, so I woke up five o'clock(I planned to wake up 4:30) and started to run at seven.
There were many runners. I passed six runners but was passed by three runners. Especially one of them was terribly fast.
There were many rocks and steep updown.and few beautiful spectacles!!! I don't like this course.
Two parts of the course were broken by the landslide!

Mt.Fuji
From Nakanotyaya to the sixth station
I went to Mt. Fuji for the first time in this season. Off course it is too early to climb (run) up to the top, but we can go on the way.
I have never seen anyone while climbing up and down.
The first station to the fifth station is very tastefull.
The big earthquake broke many part of the route. very awful...
The weather forecast said it would rain very hard, but I could get a little sunlight.

Hakone trail
Hakone trail is excellent because we can enjoy seeing Mt. Fuji & Lake Asinoko while running. And the best season is spring & autumn because we can get a lot of sunshine on the trail so it maybe a little hot in summer.
I ran from Hakoneyumoto station -myoujyougatake- myoujinngatake-Mt. Kintoki-Mt. Mikuni-Hakone-no- seki-Hakoneyumoto.

Tokyo Tower
We my family visited the Tokyo Tower.It was the first time to visit there for my daughters. It was very crowded but we challenged to climb it. It was lucky for us that most of the people used the elevator and less went up stairs.
Although we could go on stairs to the half of the tower, but we enjoyed climbing very much!
They have much more stamina than I...
We had still enough strength in reserve!
The tower got injuried by the big earthquake!
At last we saw the Tokyo Tower(with heart mark) from away.

Mt.Takamizu trail race
I am very short of training these days. Partly because of the earthquake but I have a pain with my leg again. This time my left plantar is wrong and I think the pain is kind of neurogenic one.
After 30km race, the pain had become terribly worse... I have been doing icing for more than 5 hours.
