I ran around the course of Jinba trail races. There were a lot of monkeies.They seemed to take oranges and kaki those farmers have made. Today's training 23km trail monthly mileage for Octorber 260km

slight cold

It is getting cold nowadays, and I have a slight cold. I have a sore throat... Be careful and run constantly till the race! The main race is Otawara full marathon. I will run 10k road at this weekend and 20k trail race at the next weekend to prepare for the target race! Today's training: 9K jog in the morning monthly mileage for Octorber:237km

Congress

There was the congress of emergency and intensive care of medicine in Tokyo. I had no presentation at this time but I had to be a MC of a small sesion suddenly. I had prepared for it last night and was very short of sleep... So I couldn't run today....!? monthly mileage for Octorber:190km

Tomorrow!

I have not run for four days. I will run from tomorrow. I have eight days by the next race. The next race is 30k and it is a training rather than a race. But it is very important one before the next full marathon. I will run by 4:15/km with fun!

I am still tired. But there is no pain by my joint or legament. It must be good news and maybe I will be able to start training soon. When will I start to run? My next target is Otawara marathon and want to run within three hours. It is high wall and want to make a breakthrough!
