Mmmmm.....

I have still pain in my Achilles tendon..
I wonder I should do the last method or not...
It is steroid injection into the tendon. I will ice it and if there is still pain, I will do it!

How to?

I wonder how to wake up early and run in the morning?
From next April I need not to take my daughter to the kindergarten every morning.
I can make free time in the morning and have a plan that I will run in the morning.
Let's make a mission.

Today's training: up & down steps with 8kg(15minutes = 3km jog?)

What a happening!

I gave up starting the last marathon.
For citizen runner it is more important that we should keep good condition in every race than that we make a good result. This is my thought.
So DNS is very regretful for me.
But the last race "Arakawa full marathon" was cancelled because of the strong wind!!! So it was not DNS! It was cancelled!!!

DNS

I had a race Arakawa full marathon, but I didn't start it.
My Achilles tendon is still in bad condition although it is getting better.
After I ran I feel My Achilles tendon was creaking.
I have to exercise slowly and carefully. Don't be in a hurry.
Instead of running the race we went skating!


It was too crowded. As if on the platform in the rush hours.


Skiing on the last weekend. Daughters will be good skiers!

Yesterday's training: 6km jog & Skiing at night
Today's training: 14km jog & ice skate!

Let's begin running!

I feel as if I begin to run.
I ran over 10km after almost one month.
This is the bigining of my running life! After running, I felt a little wrong with my Achilles tendon. But it was not so bad.

Bad days are going

I am suffering from the pain of Achilles tendon for a week.
Maybe there is inflamation and I have to take a rest, not to run.
I wonder whether I will run the next full marathon or not on 20 at March.
