Heavy body

I felt myself very heavy and couldn't run. So just jogged almost same as walk.

Ski in Blanshe Takayama (Shirakaba-ko)

I went to ski at Blanshe Takayama in Nagano Pre.
There is a mogle course and irregular 凸凹slope. I tried to attack it many times(almost all times) but I couldn't make it enough...
I have to come back!


On driving through the Chuou Highway, we can see beautiful 八ヶ岳.

LSD

For ultra marathon runner it's very important to run for a long time as LSD.
But it takes much time. I want to do it at least once a week. I have to
find a time to do it.

I'm afraid

I'm afraid that I can't run the next full marathon within
3hours. It's clear that I'm short of training.
But in winter I want to ski...so .... anyway I will do my best.

Ski in Tanbara

My daughter and I got up 4:30 am and went to ski!
It's excellent fine and rather warm like spring.
I enjoyed skiing. And father more I' m very glad that she also enjoyed it very much.


We could enjoy the scenery too.

There was a treasure hunting! She got the ..... bottom prize...

Long surgery

I don't want to say I'm tired or exhausted.
But today I was dead tired because there was a long surgery(10 hours) yesterday and a night duty continued to it...
Now I could make myself refreshed after taking a nap!
Tomorrow I will run in the mourning???

Muscle pain

There are many kinds of sport tights like what have function of taping(ligaments).
I bought "Skins" the other day , which get rid of muscle pain by phased pressure.
Surely it is very effective to relieve my fatigue.
But this time I have much muscle pain though I wore it....

course of Hasetune 30km

We ran the course of Hasetune 30km.
It isn't a pleasant couse because there are many parts of road.
Especially the first half consists of mostly road!!


We could see white Mt.Fuji from 刈寄山.

Wada pass where the trail from Mt.Jimba and that from Mt.Daigomaru meet.

A new month has beggun

I want to be a good skier on 凸凹 slope. I want to ski much more than in last year. But I want to run much, at least 200km in a month....
