The first day!

I will restart from today. But I am suffering from muscle pain and blisters....
I have to get myself on good condition till this weekend.
I will take part in " Mt. Takamizu trail race",30km trail race on this Sunday.

Ume have been going and cherry blossoms have been coming now! Let's enjoy Hanami!

Sakura marathon

It was so fine and not cold , not hot. The best day for full marathon!
I woke up 5:00 am and got on the train at 6:00. I saw already two runners at the same station Hanakoganei.
The closer the train went to the city where th race would be held, the more crowded it had been getting. Finally the train was filled to capacity.

Sakura city is famous for marathon!

The result was..............
I was very sorry for it but it was my result that I had done my best.
I will be back after exercise sufficiently.

I showed the piece sign, but to tell the truth, very disappointed...

The last day!

I'm getting better and better. I will do my best tomorrow!

We went out for enjoying cherry blossoms.
It seemed a little early so-called one third of full "3分咲き".


I think he can exercise very well while working as a driver of Jinrikisya.

Tokyo marathon

In the awful gale , Tokyo marathon was held. It is like an most biggest running festival in Japan. Of course I applied for it but I was sorried that I missed it because of so many applications (7.5 X). Anyway there are only 6days till Sakura marathon. I will do my best!

Ski in Kandatu

I went to Kawaba first but the ski lifts stopped because of the violent wind!
I wonder whether I should wait to move the lifts or go other ski area.
So I enjoyed? skiing in Kandatu. It was all raining and foggy. But I could exercise ski mougle.

Last 13days by Sakura marathon

It was very fine and not windy today. The best day for LSD!
After finishing my night duty, I carried my knapsack in which I had 2L water and clothes and went out for running. The goal was Yoshinobaigou( a hill covered with ume trees)

I could arrive Yoshino before sunset, but it was getting dark....

I always ski when I go to ski alone. But today I enjoyed snow board.
I got many hits at my head, arms, knees and hip.
