The first Akabane Half marathon

I couldn't have a good mode for race but it was so fine that I could run pleasantly.
I finished the half marathon 1:27:53 and it was slower than I ran three years ago.
I am afraid that I will not be able to run the full marathon in next month within three hours....

It was the first competition but there were so many people.
After the race I went straight to ski shop.
I bought at last new skis and boots for bumps. And I bought a white helmet that I like very much!

Salice is an Italian brand.

preparation

I will take part in a race(half marathon) after a long interval.
I can't run tomorrow and the day after tomorrow, so I prepared for the race today.
The condition is ...... I will regard the race as a practice!

It's very good job that I didn't fall asleep and could went out for running after night duty.
I have to run even if it is short distance or time.

Bump lesson

I went to Yatugatake to practice how to ski on the bumps.
I took a lesson in mogul school.
Lesson memo!
1.ターンの前半を意識、前半からずらし操作
2.こぶの中でも孤を描くように、半円を繰り返す
3.足をひき→外側足に乗り込み→外側足を前へ(板の先端が揃うぐらい)
4.ベンディングターンの練習、上半身を固定、下半身を外、左右へ伸ばしてちぢめて
5.ターンの支点を腰に持ってくるため、腰から谷側へ左右交互に落としていく
6.まずはこぶのバンクを滑ることから
7.溝の入り口で最も膝を斜面と平行なぐらいにちぢめて
 →斜面に対して垂直になるように体を谷側へ落とし込む、
  トップが効くように落とす=ブーツを斜面に合わせて落とし込む
 →バンクに向けて左右外側にベンディングターンのイメージで足を延ばす
  この動作においても半円を描くことを心がける
8.左右の広がりが折れ曲がって斜め上下になるイメージ

Flu has come my home at last!

The older daughter had a fever over 39.5℃ and I checked her with flu check knit. Type A was positive! We gave up the plan that we would go to snow resort with our grandparents at this weekend. She got very well next morning but we have to be at home....

too much snow and wind

I jumped up at 3:30 and drove to snow world! I want to ski on bumps!
But, it was too much snow and awfully windy(大雪警報発令).
Most of ski lifts stopped and more we couldn't see around at all.
I had to give up ..... I had to dig my car up from much snow when I returned !!!

Sekitoba is very famous sake(syoutyuu) made in Kagoshima Pref.
It's one of my favorite sake.

Be carefull not to drink too much...

Setubun

In Japan we scatter parched beans to drive out evil spirits.
In my house we acted as devils with each other.
This event is usually held on third at February,but I was on night duty yesterday.

Bump ,bump, bump!

I want to be a good skier on the bump.
I want to have a time to exercise how to ski well on the bump.
I want to go skiing as much as possible.
So I have few time to run.....
