My condition is very good for the race in this weekends.
But this race is not the main races, so my target is to enjoy the race as much as possibles.

cross lite

I still had severe muscle pain so Jogged as active resting.
I bought a new shoes for the next race Uenohara trail races.
I chose cross lite because of tough grip!!!

I ran all of the course.
It was so hard.... I have to get rid of the muscle pain within a week.
