Toxicology

Piano

There was a "little concert" by the studens of piano lessons .
It finished at noon and I was just sitting in the chair and listened to them.
But I was so tired that when I came home I fall a sleep.

Koganei Park

 I have to prepare for the test in this weekend. So I should not go to mountain.
I ran the routine course in Koganei Park (5km around).
I could avoid the direct sunshine in 2/3 of the course.  This is a very good circumstance for running.  Kodaira is best for running!

Kogane Park

I ran the Guru-guru course. 
I ran the same course by six times but the scene where people were doing something was changing, so I didn't get bored.

I can run the Mt. Fuji climbing race this year, but I went there to exercise.
It was very cool and pleasant.

Burn

I couldn't sleep at all during the last  whole day duty.
While night duty  I drank burn and monster drink. I like monster better than burn because I feel monster drink
is more poweful than burn?
Anyway I was so exhausted and couldn't do anything after coming home.
It is  very important to make myself in good condition.

Race shoes

I went to Shinjyuku to find something good for running.
I bought some goods but the biggest one was to be able to decide what shoes  I would wear in the next full marathon.

The shoes were adidas " takumi ren". I was very impressed by them. Especially the soule is very good.

Race course again

There are only 7days left before the race.
At first I would run all around the course but felt tired so I chose a short cut course.

The new shoes is maybe good..... I have to change how tight I should tie the string.
