The last day of holidays " Golden Week"

We went to see the movie. There were so many people. i was tired although I did noting today.

Last ski in this season

Kagura ski resort I went to ski with my daughter in Kagura. We enjoyed much bumps there. From today, The season for Trail running and tennis have begun!

there was less damage of full marathon in last Sunday. I could run from today! Today's training: 15km jog & tennis..................monthly mileagge for April: 131 km
