No running.... it's OK!?

It is the last day but one of this year.
I have my target of running but it's OK. Let's enjoy with my family.
We went to Sanrio Puroland(Kitty's Land).

Very clouded and a little tired...

Not only children but also adults can enjoy the stages!


We could enjoy very much.

After coming home, I TRIED to run.... but tasty beer was waiting for me at home!

All !

My little daughter had a fever(over 40℃) but it wasn't a flu (checked two times). Next my first daughter had a fever and then my wife and I had a cold(sore throat). Now daughters are cured and my wife has still sore throat.

See you next year! I am afraid that in the next year they'll find who Santa is!

Merry Christmas

My daughters were excited and seemed difficult to fall asleep.
They wrote new letters for Santa and made perfect preparation for the night!

First ski in this season

I went skiing to Kagura with a friend(a husband of my hospital's staff).
It was terribly windy and snowy but I could get a good impression from the first attack!
I will do it in this season. Of course I will keep running!


We held a birthday party of my daughter in the restaurant(sylvania).


There are many Christamas here and there!

Mt.Mitake mountaineering race

This is my last race of this year. It is anual race of my family. After this race we have to prepare for New Year's Day.
We stayed at 宿坊(small hotel?)in Mt.Mitake on the day before the race and
could see a spectacle nidght view from the mountain.

I woke up early in the morning and jogged around the hotel.

Though many clouds I could see sun rise in the cold !

The result was...... But I didn't get injuryed and thank you for good 2009!

Last race

We will go out for the last race of this year "Mt. Mitake mountaineering race ".
It's just 15km but I got injury in this race two years ago.

After night duty, I went to a drink party at night.
It was held by operation staffs and I "have to " take part in it!
I ran (drank) as much as possible !? and enjoy myself with them.
Outside it was very cold and raining so it was best day for drink!

I declared that I will finish the next full marathon in March within three hours.
I could have had training more and more against the plantar pain these days.
But sometimes I am so tired that I am terribly sleepy while working!!
I must work but of course I must not run ,just enjoy running!
I should work - run - work! (of course I want to enjoy working....)

Running in the wind

i saw a movie "running in the wind? run against the wind? It's windy..."
In the movie there is no answer why we run.
We have many answers with each other.
I think I run for myself but sometimes for others.
Anyway we will enjoy the Hakone Ekiden much more in the next year than usual.
