Ski with my daughters

I went to ski with my daughaters in Kayama Captain Coast.
There were few people and we could enjoy fully.
Little daughter couldn't turn and went just straight, so less crowded ski slope is best for her.

I could enjoy myself while they were playing with snow.

They could ride on the lift by themselves!

Let's LSD!

I have not done Pace Running for a long time.
It is necessary for me to do pace running to finish full marathon within three hours.
I know it but... Instead of it let's LSD and let my legs tough!

Neck

I lost my neck warmer last year that I liked very much.
I tried to find it out many times while cleaning up my house.
I gave it up and bought a new one today!
It is "the north face" and the same model that I lost.
So I could begin to run from today!?

Respect

When a new year began, many young docotrs have come to our ICU to study emergency medicine and ICU. They are so young that they don't know at all. But we have to respect them and have to scold them with respect!

I ate too much and didn't exercise around New Years Days.
I felt myself very heavy and was in bad condition.
It was true that there were many duties but I had some times to run.
Anyway I could run and made a first step in this year!

Ski in Fujimi-kougen

We went to my senior's cottage. We have been there on New Year's Days for several years. We(I) drank beer much and enjoy skiing there.

It was a little more crowded than last year, I felt.


Daughters have been become better skiers!?


We took a walk in the morning to see deers.

A Happy New Year あけましておめでとう

I was in the hospital when tne New year came.
After night duty I started to write greeting cards. Of course it was too late....

The target of this year!
1. finish a full marathon within three hours
2. always keep smiling in every race
3. don't get injuried.enough stretching
4. go to mountains as much as possible
5. keep learning English

6. Have at least a small change in eveyday
7. Don't forget curiosity both in life and work
8. Brush up knowledge and skills both old and new one.
9. Always thinking in positive way
10.Don't forget that I have only 365 days in a year!
