my choise

I have to finish my paper about hydration and nutrition and have to prepare for the race in the weekend.
After having a dinner I went out to run.... This was my choise.... I'm afraid whether I can finish the job or not...

Hot season

Although the rainy season has not yet gone, it was very hot and over 30℃ today.
It is hard for running. We have to have stamina to run "pleasantly".

Good

I still have muscle pain but I feel a little good and can feel that my legs have been recovering from damage.
I'm very looking forward to run the next race on third in July.

badminton

I had terrible muscle pain because of the inspection of Kintatanzawa.
I just walked today and in the afternoon we went to the Koganei Park.
We enjoyed playing badminton. I played it after a very long interval and then I forgot myself while playing! While playing with VFF, I got the second finger of my right foot sprained and it looked one and a half times as big as left one....
But I think it was only sprain and was not broken.

My little daughter has been being good at riding a bicycle!(the back one)

Kitatanzawa adventure race inspection

I ran the course of Kitatanzawa adventure race with a staff of my hospital who is the only trailrunner except me.
There are only fourteen days by the race. There were many runner who inspected the course. And many of them were very fast runner. They passed us as unbelievable speed!

I bought this one after running for beer!. We Japanese say it Échalote(shallot) but the true name is ラッキョ!

difficult

It is very difficult to run constantly.
Of course I am in good condition in these days but I often lost the chance to run....
I would wake up early but,,, I would run after work but,,,, It is difficult.

I feel good when running in these days. I couldn't run first and feel my body heavy rather than light... But I think I have been getting better and better.

I ran the trail with the staffs in my hospital and it was the first time to run the trail for them.
Maybe they enjoyed it...? After running we went Onsen and had a drink party!

I failed to wake up at 5 o'clock this morning.
I wish I will be able to wake up early next time....

Istill feel my body heavy but my cold have gone away and I will be in good condition.

I started to listen an English program for beginner with my daughters.
We will keep it.

Let's start morning running!
I have been running in the morning but it is short distance(5km ~9km)
From today I will wake up thirty minutes earlier and run more than 10km.
I will do this plan even if I have a day time- night duty.

The first day

I could finish the presentation in Sapporo and I will be able to have enough time to do what I have to do.
At first I have to finish the articles which I should have to finish before May....
And then I will run for enough time and enough distance.
I want to go trail as much as possible.

return from Sapporo

I went to Hokkaido for three days to attend the congress of emergency medicine.
I enjoyed eating what were famous in Hokkaido.
I gained three kilograms and felt much heavier . I can't run fast as used to be.
Let's restart to run again.
