I want to be a good skier on the bump.
I want to have a time to exercise how to ski well on the bump.
I want to go skiing as much as possible.
So I have few time to run.....
Today's training: 40km jog
Monthly mileage for February: 40km
Ski in Madarao at Nagano Pref. with my friend's family.
