I wonder how to wake up early and run in the morning?
From next April I need not to take my daughter to the kindergarten every morning.
I can make free time in the morning and have a plan that I will run in the morning.
Let's make a mission.
Today's training: up & down steps with 8kg(15minutes = 3km jog?)
Monthly mileage for March: 42km
