I had a race Arakawa full marathon, but I didn't start it.
My Achilles tendon is still in bad condition although it is getting better.
After I ran I feel My Achilles tendon was creaking.
I have to exercise slowly and carefully. Don't be in a hurry.
Instead of running the race we went skating!
It was too crowded. As if on the platform in the rush hours.
Skiing on the last weekend. Daughters will be good skiers!
Yesterday's training: 6km jog & Skiing at night
Today's training: 14km jog & ice skate!
Monthly mileage for March: 36km
