I will run a race which is Arakawa 30K and I will keep 4:00/km pace with pace maker.
Maybe I will be able to keep the pace till 20k but 10km will be left.
I have to have my leg tough.
Today's training: 7km in the morning & 15km jog
monthly mileage for January: 151km
