Mt. Fuji climbing race
I'm very sorry that Today's goal was the fifth station because of bad weather.
At the top the wind brew hard(15m/s).
The race became speed one and I hate it. As soon as we started they ran faster than usual and I felt short breath....
They can enjoy every situation! Good point!
After the race I couldn't feel satisfied so I jog around my home.

active rest
While night duty I couldn't take a rest at all.
I couldn't run nor just be awake...
After three hours nap I just walked and then could relieve my fatigue!

summer festival
There was a summer festival around the station.
My daughter took part in the kids dance party. There were so many audience that we couldn't see well. Of course they must be the children's parents.
Japanese summer festival lets us feel that summer has come.

Rainy season has gone
And hot summer has come. It's a hard season for running.

Mt. Fuji (third stage) & Bad day...
I went to climb up Mt.Fuji.Climbing to the summit is the second time in this year.
There was already no snow and easy to climb it up.
It was very fine today so I tried to take many photos, but I forgot to let battery into the camera.....
Moreover I dropped suntan cream into a toilet and more I dropped my mobile phone somewhere....!
It was bad day. But bad day has not continued. Always good day will come after that!

Swimming in the Koganei gymnasium pool
In summer we always go to swim.
This is the fisrt time to go to swim and we went to Koganei gymnasium pool.
It was very and very crowded.....a little tired.... I took a snap after that...
After swimming, they enjoyed shaved ice with syrup(かき氷).
I love summer. of course I love winter too!

Cleaning Cup at home?
I had no job nor race at weekend after a long interval.
So there was a big!? cleaning cup at home.
My part was window polish and balcony.
I had terrible muscle pain in arms,shoulder and back.....
After cleaning it up, we enjoyed lunch at the beautiful balcony!

Last year I couldn't run for a week after Kitatanzawa adventure race.
But this year I could run today(only three days after the race)
I think this is the important point to run the race.

Rehabilitation
I had still much muscle pain so I have to stabilize myself in good condition by rehabilitation.
My next target is Mt. Fuji. climbing race! It' s one of my favorite race.
I want to enjoy the race thoroughly by preparing for it enough.

Kitatanzawa adventure race
Yesterday I ran Kitatanzawa race.
It was little cooler than last year, so easier to run.
But the course was so hard that I never want to run the race more....
Next year I wonder wether I will take part in or not....
I had the same worry last year....?

Her wish
Nowadays she can hardly wake up and is very angry without any reason.

Last 4 days left before next race
My next race is Kitatanzawa adventure race.
Last year I exhausted my strength because of the heat and humidity.
