Last 9 days to Nobeyama ultra-marathon

I swam again and today espesially I put emphasis on kick. I am afraid I can't run but there are still days, so let me calm and do what I can do.

Today's training: 8km walk and swim(about 1.5km)
Monthly mileage for May 43km
