I can walk and swim. Maybe it's not enough for the 100km marathon but much better than do nothing. I should keep moving as long as I can do. I will walk longer and longer. I have 10 days untill the race so I can do a lot of things!
Today's training: 6km walk in the morning , 7km walk at night and swim(about 1.5km)
Monthly mileage for May 35km...
