Sub three!!!

Fussa road race

We four ran the Fossa road race. my wife and big daughter ran 5km, little daughter ran 3km and I ran 10km. The result was not good 39:52(last year's result was 38:20). I have to do the interval. Speed training is very important. Today's training 23km trail monthly mileage for November: 33km
