After I read " born to run", I want to try barefooting.
After night duty, I went to buy it and get it!
I felt a little pain with my thum, but barefoot running is very exciting!
Let's run with it but shouldn't run too much at first.
Yesterday's training: 8km jog in the morning
Today's training: 5km jog
