cool running

In these days it is not so chilly, while running it is cool and best season for running.
I can exercise much and do speed training, but to tell the truth I can't do it enough.
Why?
Whether I run for a time goal, for health, or to get something new, I hope I enjoy cool running!

colorful trees in Koganei Park

I spent slow time with my daughters in Koganei Park.
Trees there have been changing themselves to various colours.
Although it was very cold today, we could feel something warm from their colours.

Ducks look also chilly.

Japanese mayples have many colours, red,yellow,brown and orange.

My daughter is now practicing to ride a bicycle.

Ginkgoes turned to beautiful yellow.

warm days

Autumn is going and soon winter will come. But it is warm in this week.
So it is the chance to begin the morning run.
I woke up 5:30 in this morning and.... was sitting in the bed till 6:00.(not lying but sitting!!) Then changed my clothes and run a very short distance.
It was the first step of my restart life.

Today's training: 3km in the morning! & 13km at night

getting better

I feel my condition has been getting better and better.
Of course I have still muscle pain but I have been able to run already.
There are four months before the next full marathon.
There are plenty of things that I can do.

I declare!

In next race Arakawa marathon, I declare that I will finish it within three hours.
To complete it I will make a schedule and always think what should I do.

Gone down----

I ran in Tukuba marathon.This is the result....

0-5km 21:30 good (because crowdy)
-10km 20:44 very good!
-15km 20:50 very good!
-20km 20:50 very good!
-25km 21:11 o.k.
-30km 23:32 what has happened?
-35km 26:11 unbelievable!!
-40km 28:07 completely gone down
-goal 13:24 Are you sure that you are running? just walking??

I couldn't make a excuse at all. Just short of trainint.
I will restart from tomorrow.

The last day before Tukuba Marathon

I don't have a cold now. My condition seems better than that of last year.
I couldn't prepare for it enough but I will be able to enjoy the race maybe.
According the weather forecast it will rain and be very cold, so I have to prepare for the bad climate.
I will do my best whenever and whatever...

We had a birthday party at home. Yesterday was the birthday but I was on night duty so we held it today. She looked very happy because of her present "sylbania family goods".

There were many days when I had been in bad condition.
But now I am getting better and better. There are only 4days before the Tukuba marathon. I couldn't run enough and coudn't exercise much.
I will do my best and never catch a cold in this four days.

Nishitokyo civli festival

We went to Hibarigaoka to see Nishitokyo civil festival.
My daughter had a hip hop dance there.

She has a rhythmic sense that I don't have at all!
Anyway I am now in very bad condition for several days.
I had not been running for 7 days after last week's race.
I feel myself very heavy and can't move quickly.
What point should I change myself from?

When?

When will I restart my training?
I'm not in bad condition so I can run like before.

7th Nobember
We took part in Ekiden at Tachikawa.
Four teams ran the race and there were many cheering party.
We could enjoy exercise! fully and after running drank as much as possible.

Ekiden

I will run Ekiden with staffs of the hospital where I work in.
Last year we took part in it as one team but this year two teams will take part in it!
The running boom has come in our hospital too.
It will be fine tomorrow so we will be able to enjoy it much more than last year(rain).

I have free time before the job so I went to mountain after sending my daughter to her kindergarten.

A balance ball had come home yesterday.
All my family started to exercise with it.

Vaccine

I was inoculated both seasonal and swine flu vaccine today.
I think little children should be inoculated earlier than any other people.....
I hope my daughters won't be in severe condition even if they are attacked by flu.

Anyway? I should be of because of vaccination?

Fussa maraton(10km)

I was afraid that I would have a pain with plantar.
I had no pain while running! Yes, I was recovered.

By the way, I attended to a meeting of the Japan Emergency and Intensive Care Unit Society from 29th Octorbar to 31st. I could have some impression and reflect myself.
From today? tomorrow! I will have myself brushed up as much as possible.
There are many people who are going ahead with full speed!
