I will participate Ekiden(relay) on 10th November with my hospital staffs. I will run the 10km part.It's the first part. So I have to change my body from as a long distance runner to a short one.
I want to climb up this moutain!!

Where is a mountain in this photo?
This is Mt Prometheus which is an an active volcano and erupt everyday. You can see it in Maihama at Chiba Pref!
