feel what?

I wonder whether I can run pleasantly or with fatigue.
When I start to run, I feel my body is very heavy.
But while running I am getting better and better.

300K

The first target to achieve サブスリー is to run 300km in April,March,June and July.
And I have to do much speed training.

LT running: the target of my heart rate is about 155~160bpm.

The first day

I should run again. I will run within 3 hours in full marathon.
The next full marathon will be held in next November, seven months away.
I begin to run today forward the next race!
Of course there are many other races, I will do my best in all races.

Kasumigaura marathon



I was very sorry that I couldn't achieve my target.
I have to reflect this race. Why couldn't I run within three hours?
・35kmからのスタミナがなかった。
・35kmまでのスピードに余裕がなかった。
・わき腹がいたくなった。
・股関節がまだまだ硬い。
対策
・35kmペースランを4:30/kmで3回はやる
・20kmペースランを4:15/kmで3回はやる
・300km/月を3か月続ける。
以上を目標として今年のつくばでサブスリーを必ず達成する!
Yes,I can do it!

Last day!

I will be leaving to Tutiura in this evening.
I have a plan that I will avoid the crowded train in the morning of the race day.
I will do my best,but be careful not to run too fast in the beginning.

Last two days


Still many people in the Koganei Park to see the cherry blossoms.
There are just two days before the Kasumigaura full marathon.
I did all what I could do for it!
Just take a rest and keep my concentration.
I will run through the race pleasantly.

Ski

There are three way to go through the mogul bumps.
1.sliding turns: this is straight
2.bank turns: this is most curved
3.トップを溝にぶつけていくturns: I tried this way at first time!
maybe curving turns are consist of 2 and 3



There is still much snow. The season of ski has not gone yet!

There are many beautiful cherry blossoms and too many people(aothough it's monday)

Many kinds of cherry blossoms are there.

I love my house especially in spring!
I have been getting in better condition. I have almost finished my training that I planed for the next race. The only thing that I have to do is not to catch a cold!!
And not to drink too much before the race!!!
