It's spring and summer is coming now. Many leaves and flowers are growing and blooming one after another. The fresh green gives us new energy.
Shibazakura in Titibu. Purple is one of the color that I like best.
There are many kinds of flowers and each has each vitality even if it is very small.

The concert of Oshio Kotaro was held in 国際フォーラム. We, my wife and I could get the ticket of the third line seats, so we could enjoy not only his music but also his each expression.
I have no ear for music but was profoundly impressed by him again.

Road to Shibazakura in TiTibu
My throat has gotten well and I can run a long distance for the preparation of the Ultra Marathon.
I got up at 4:00 and started to run 4:40. Most of the way was road but from Syoumaru station I ran through path. My destination was Hitujiyama park in TiTibu where we could see the wonderful Shibazakura!
The road is along the Koma river.
There was a plenty of minus ion!
I like the trail better than the road.
In 横瀬駅 I met my family who came by train and we went together to the Hitujiyama park.
Shibazakura is in full bloom!

While running, I meet more and more runners in these days. One or two years ago most of runners were 30's or older but nowadays younger people also seem to begin to run. It's nice that jogging is getting popular in Japan.

The Serengeti National Park in Africa
I had a hangover today and, what was worse, I had a sore throat. I gave up the plan that I would go to the mountains for trailrun.
We went to the 6都科学館 and saw the movie "Africa, Serengeti".
The name Serengeti comes from the Maasai name meaning endless plains and these rolling distances of short grass plains provide an exceptional landscape for wildlife viewing; it is ultimate safari country.
I was deeply impressed not onl by the spectacle and powerful pictures and also the severe lives of wild animals.

AED lecture
In this month I have to make a small lecture about AED in my hospital.
I will talk about “how to use it”, “why to use it” and “when to use it”.
The AED (Automatid external defibrillators) was designed to identify tachyarrhythmias and automatically prompt the operator to deliver a shock.
The AED incorporates a rhythm analysis system, a shock advisory system, and external self-adhesive defibrillation pads.
When a shock is advised, the operator must take the final action by pressing a shock button.
They are designed only for use on patients who are unresponsive, not breathing, and have no signs of circulation.

Mt.Takamizu moutaineering race
Trail-running is getting more and more popular in Japan and trail-runners has been increasing.
From this year the name has changed from Montrail to Lafuma.
I still feel weary in my both feet, and from last week I had had a pain in my left iliotibial ligament.
So in this time my target was to finish the race. I did "taping " on my both knee carefully and saved the power in the first half. And watch the each step very carefully to avoid slipping.
The tactics was successful. I could finished the race. And more I could enjoyed the race fully.
In the moutain there were still a lot of cherry blossoms.
