There is still terrible muscle pain but I feel very good.
There are only three days left before Kitatanzawa Adventure race.
All I have to do is just taking an enough rest!
Yesterday's training: 7km jog in the morning
Today's training: 5km walk
Monthly mileage for June: 370km
