I have some trouble but I can run. I will run a little more and more. today's training: 14km jog monthly mileage for May: 14km (target 300km)
I started running when I was 36 years old,and now my favorite sports is trail running. This is my motivation blog for training and English.

Cool to see a blog by a runner in Japan. I live in Hong Kong and run trails here. Was looking for information on trail running groups in Japan but Google does not show much.
I don't have a good idea about any trail running groups, because I almost run trails alone or two...
But I hear that there is a group Nanbanrengou in which there are many forneign runners and Japanese runners. I am sorry that I don't know about the group much but I have often see the members in the races.
