First trail!

I went to ski till the end of April. This was the first time to run trails. I drunk too much last night so I hang over a little... But while running, the condition became better and better. Let's go trail as much as possible!!!

There was still cherry blossoms on the mountain. Today's training: 20km trail run Monthly mileage for May: 52km (target 300km)
