Maybe my heart rate is 155 when I am running by 4:15/km.
I have to keep my heart rate 155.
Perhaps the max heart rate of mine is 180, so 155 is 86%!

The top of skis
I have had made turns by the tail of skis.
So in banks I lose the control of the skis when over the top of bank.
