I felt pain on the plantar when I ran over 10km.
I have to run very carefully not to be let my leg worse.

VFF
I walked with vibram five fingers after a long interval. Maybe I wore it five months ago. At first I tried to run with it but the neuropathic pain came again and stopped to run.
It will take a long time to be cured....

Swimming
Because I got injury by left plantar, I go swimming nowadays.
I get used to swimming and I am less tired while swimming than before.

That's it!
I have a pain with my left leg for more than three weeks and have been searching what it is.
It orginates from the neuropathy of my left instep.
It is called 内側、中側足背皮神経.

Full-blown
The cherry blossoms are full bloom in Koganei Park.
But there were fewer people than usual years. And the gymnasium is close at six o'clock in the evening. It is shorter by three hours than usual.
We have to change our mind gradually.

Cherry blossoms begin to bloom here and there. In this year the time to bloom is later than ordinary years.

Mt.Takamizu trail race
I am very short of training these days. Partly because of the earthquake but I have a pain with my leg again. This time my left plantar is wrong and I think the pain is kind of neurogenic one.
After 30km race, the pain had become terribly worse... I have been doing icing for more than 5 hours.
In April I will not run and do another training.
