Hasetune inspection part I

I ran the course of Hasetune from Saeguti pass to Turuturu Onsen.
I ran the trail after a very long interval so couldn't run well.
It was very short of training, and there are only one month left before the race!

I finished my presentation about DMAT(disastar medical assistance team) today.
From today I can do whatever I want to for a while,of course except my job.

Grape marathon

This was the sixth times to run this race.
I ran the race with my friends of senior high school.
We met together in this race and after the race had a nice drink party!!
