Yesterday's training: 30km trailrun (& hours and more)
I started running when I was 36 years old,and now my favorite sports is trail running. This is my motivation blog for training and English.
This was the fifth time to run this race.
I could enjoy it but today I have edema on my face, food and so on...
Maybe it was not good for health.
Today's training: about 100km trail run
Although it was raning, I went for trailrunning to Kitatanzawa. Iran from Aone Kyuukaruma to Mt.Hirugatake and returned the same course. It was very foggy and I couldn't see any veiw. Today's training: about 20km trail run Monthly mileage for May: 107km (target 300km)
I ran around Mt. Takao. I didn't run on Mt. Takao but I ran through the north Takao and the south Takao. Both north and south Takao are not crowded, especially there are few hikers on the north Takao. So I could enjoy trailrun fully!
Today's training: about 30km trail run Monthly mileage for May: 87km (target 300km)I went to ski till the end of April. This was the first time to run trails. I drunk too much last night so I hang over a little... But while running, the condition became better and better. Let's go trail as much as possible!!!
There was still cherry blossoms on the mountain. Today's training: 20km trail run Monthly mileage for May: 52km (target 300km)I am getting better and better. I will begin to run step by step. By the way at last I bought iPad and scanner!(Not new ipad but ipad2) From tomorrow I will clean up my desk and most of papers will go to my ipad!? Today's training: 10km jog Monthly mileage for May: 24km (target 300km)
sore throat and diarrhea.... It's off today. Let's taking something positive from the experience. When my cold has gone , I have to figure out how to do better."
